Self Care


This last weekend I took some time for some much-needed self-care in the form of a long soak in an Epsom salt and essential oil bath - it was heavenly!

I particularly like this form of self-care because it allows me to address several things at once:

  1. Soaking in Epsom salts is a great way to release toxins and absorb magnesium. Epsom salt baths support the body's natural elimination process and help to increase mobility in stiff joints and aching muscles.
  2. I apply a deep conditioner to my hair to help improve it's strength, luster, and shine.
  3. I use the time to practice meditation, which helps calm my mind and nourish my soul.

In less than an hour, I'm able to support my #body, #mind, and #soul - it's a simple practice that ups my wellness game on many levels.
